Precedents of pleading, ca. 1773.

Contains "precedents of declarations, pleas, replications, rejoinders, demurrers, cognizances, and avowrys, etc. Written in the year 1773." The precedents are from the time of Geo. II and Geo. III. At the end are 34 ff. of Irish genealogical notes and copies of letters, apparently taken from Sir William Betham's MSS in the 19c.
